Probably the worst judge possible: does not know the law, signs court orders that are completely different from her oral ruling, does not apply proper judicial proceeding and has clear bias conduct. Why is this lady in office?

Judge Diaz is not fair. Judges according to the status quo and does not bother to think deeply about any issues. She sentences defendants to the max without ever considering any alternatives.

Just very self absorbed, horrible case of robe fever and wants to move cases along so quickly that she will not allow discovery.
