Illegal. She gave on the spot custody! ccrc did not interview my two children their court appointed minors counsel did. Conflict of interest.Both chilren stated they wanted to live with mom. They had a newborn brother which was never mentioned she made disparaging remarks about me to her staff. I had a very sick 5 month baby,breastfeeding and she demanded my physical presence even tho i lived 550 miles away! She took all of muy parental rights away! My ex husband abused my teen daughter and threw her out on the street.She perverted justice and did not allow me an evidentiary hearing! Rejected my plea to appear via court call. She is under the wrath of JESUSL

judge in a prop 47 motion took an old conviction of a 498-B changed it by claiming clerical eror ! false truth as to truth she amended it to a 498-D wrongfully with reckless regard of unlawful practices !because she used a false under oath statement and denies acountability for it then doubles down in same case a judge has no discression in prop 47 guidlines truly knowling just wrong !
