Victoria Kolakowski

Judge Kolakowski appears to have the analytical mind of an engineer. She listens politely and seems to process arguments like one would in patent litigation (which she used to handle). She has a diverse background, including a Master of Divinity which tells me that her heart is in the right place and her community involvement confirms this.
