Worst judge ever. she has quite a terrible reputation among attorneys. She should be removed.

Judge kennison is a trash piece of shit. Flat out destroys father's rights. Rips loving father's from there children's lives to appease vindictive mothers. I am also a 100% P&T service connected veteran who was told by the trash judge I am a sick person and don't need to be allowed in my child's life. She also violated my civil rights allowing my ex wife to keep an order of protection for 6 years without incident allowing my ex wife to claim I abandoned my son and allow an adoption and to take away my parental rights. The fact thus trash bitch is still on a bench baffles me.

Not only is this judge the worst judge in all of the 50 states. She is hands down the most evil person that has ever held that gavel. Her seat should have been revoked years ago and she should have been held accountable for all of the people’s lives she ruined!!! If I could rate her negative stars I would. Judge Judy would be ashamed.

This judge makes rulings without respecting the rights of children in family court. If she is your assigned Judge I would recommend that you get her removed from your case.

A complete and utter disgrace to the judiciary and people of Will County. Supercilious, arrogant and not the least bit interested in the litigants or their problems. Her metier is to cloak an indifference for her office, and ignorance of the law and its application with an air of mean-spirited officiousness toward both attorneys and non-attorneys alike. I am truly shocked that the Will County Bar allows her to continue sitting , and that the voting public has managed to continue her retention.

This judge has been known to show prejudice and victim shaming. On 4/16/24, she threw a father in prison, even though he had paid all of his child support and has never missed a court date. She has no empathy for the emotional state of children. She only has concern for her own anti-fatherhood agenda. What i saw was a facily, and she should not be able to rule on any case with her bigotry and gender based prejudice.

Bias bias bias, no business being a judge does not care about the system nor do some of the gals that she puts on cases-makes illegal mistakes in the court of law then attempts to cover them up! Favors certain lawyers in her group the list goes on she hardly ever is present on court dates let alone trial dates constantly being pushed back. Severely neglectful in upholding the standards of the court of law. I’m shocked after reading comments on this threat she is still a judge. I've spoken to multiple lawyers who say incredibly horrible things about her. I believe she skates through the oath she took to become a judge and if enough people report her they need to remove her from the bench. If they went through enough of her cases over years I believe they would see she has failed multiple children multiple people. It’s judges like her who cause people /parents to commit suicide.

As other comments have stated, this judge should not be on the bench. My ex wife is highly abusive, but she sided with her because my ex’s father is a politician. My ex hired counsel that is friends with kennison. Kennison assigned a GAL that was from the same alma mater as her. The GAL was uninterested in the case and didn’t even perform his duties to the full extent. Judge kennison should not be allowed in the courtroom.

This Judge needs to be seriously put into her place. My kids are now being 100% medically neglected. My son is failing to thrive my daughter is being babysat by criminals with violent backgrounds and being handed over to registered sex offenders while dad is out doing drugs and being filmed stalking me. Not to mention my extensive investigation i have found this judge is buddy buddy with the careless dcfs worker as well as the attonrey my x retained. Which i will be going public with. Please tell me why the sex offender has my daughter who is 5 looks pale and no sparkle in her eyes anymore and has brusing all over her face. I have been trying to show this idiot sorry excuse of a judge the abuse for a year but she has not even looked at a single motion and i filed 16 of them. My son is to the point os saying he wants to die. So if he tries to commit suicide does this dummy go to prison then? I will not rest or stop until she is off the bench and i have enough to file judicial misconduct which i will be personally handing it this coming week as well as OIG and the bar to sanction the attorney. Someone has to put thier foot down and i will if that means my child isnt being beat and raped thanks to this nit wit. she has no care for children only her buddy buddy lawyers. Its sick. I cant wait to get the hell out of this county let alone this state.

If I could give her zero stars I would. I have been in front of Kennison for about 2 years now for family court. She is very biased and favors her “lawyer friends” I went in there pro se the very first time and she wouldn’t hear anything I had to say without representation. I then retained an attorney. We have been in and out of this courtroom for the last 2 years. I filed an OP for the other party abusing my child which was denied. She will not speak with my children whom are both teenagers. She does not take what they feel into consideration. It never fails she is always in favor of the defendant and the opposing counsel (a friend of the court) Kennison puts children in harms way repeatedly. Gave 50/50 custody to the other party that has always been in and out of the children’s lives. Saying shes “giving him a chance that he will make a mistake” but this “mistake” is a repeated mistake putting my children in physical, mental and emotional harms way. As a mother, this has made me conduct my own investigation on the judge, the opposing counsel and the GAL. During my investigation I have found that they have all graduated from the same law school with the GAL and Opposing Counsel graduating a year apart. I know it may not be uncommon for these individuals to attend the same law school but I find it coincidental that the opposing counsel and judge appointed said GAL which has lead me to believe that they are all “working hand in hand.” Everytime I leave this courtroom my anxiety is through the roof. This judge does not do what is in the best interest of the children. She doesn’t listen, she doesn’t take these cases seriously. She needs to go! Vote her out!!

Victoria Kennision is a judge that engages in prejudiced and biased behavior. She does not do any work that a judge should do. Has a group of lawyer friends that she favors making her impartiality questionable. She favors the abuser, and has absolutely no decorum in any judicial proceedings.
