This Judge does not rule as a matter of law. He sides with corporations or organization of private citizens. He disregard pleadings submitted by the private citizen. He does not uphold the federal rights of private citizens. He conduct as a Judge erodes confidence in the integrity of the Judiciary.

A tough but fair judge. Expects counsel to be well prepared, on time and candid with the court. The judge generally reads all relevant papers before hearings or oral arguments and has a talent for getting to the heart of a dispute. Knowledgeable about the law, but with an interest also in applying the law to reach a fair and just result in cases. Comes across as fair minded and moderate in his views. Pretty pro-environment.
