I have practiced law in MD courts for over 30 years and this so-called judge is an embarrassment to the bench and bar. He is clearly biding his time for a pension. His rulings ignore the plain reading odf statutes and disregarded precedent. I was cynical and eventually learned to give district judges the benefit of the doubt. He cares nothing about defendants’ rights and is the worst of the worst and I don’t say this lightly. I hope you never have the displeasure of trying a case before him. He disrespects the law and due process. A complete joke and he cares nothing for black letter law and constitutional rights.
