When my ex-wife failed to comply with a stipulated & so ordered visitation arrangement, I brought a contempt proceeding against her. This Judge acted like he could care less about my rights as a father, and simply did not consider my petition. This Judge issued a protective order against me! Which cannot be done when a respondent (here, my ex-wife) did not request it. It was totally improper. And, when I asked if he would render a written decision (so I could seek an appeal), he simply shouted "NO!" at me and closed the proceedings.

complete kook. talks to parents like their criminals. takes a petition as a matter of fact and doesn't let the defendant say a word in response. says to both our councils, "i thought we we agreed we would use the terms of the subjects lawyer." Basically, acknowledging the case outcome was already determined in an attorney conference. he's a miserable guy and looks miserable too.
