Just had this visiting senior judge hear a motion to revoke conditional release. He was tardy, did not demonstrate any degree of impartiality. Demonstrated an insane degree of hubris and exhibited a high degree of likely ex-parte communication with prosecutor .... including what very much appeared to be directly engaging with a DDA who was sending electronic messages from the defense table to the bench! He also exhibited signs of dementia.
