It looks like this website took down my previous review. This judge conducted most of my custody proceedings with a noise machine and both side's lawyers at the bench. He said if I didn't take his deal, he would make it worse for me. He said the other party would be able to take our child anywhere without my permission, which is not lawfully accurate. Per Maryland law, a parent must notify the other parent if they are taking the child across state lines. The other party was an abusive, alcoholic who injured me while holding our infant, burned down our apartment, and sent me to the hospital. This judge needs to step down permanently and the Maryland laws need to be changed when it comes to cases with abuse.

This judge is biased and makes his decision before even coming into the courtroom. Occasionally leans back and seems to fall asleep. He is rude, arrogant and you should not expect a fair trail with this judge. He cares about leaving court for the day and won't take the time to actually listen and evaluate what is right. He should be removed

` Judge doesn’t go by the law. He go by his personal opinion, which is unjust. Sadly, I believe I voted for him. SMH!!

1 Star is being nice buddy. If you get this Judge don't even show up. If you choose to appear, You will have to drink a 6 pack of Budweiser beer to forget it all.

This magistrate is a disgrace. He placed me on child support, even though I was never served. The Sherriffs showed up at an address that I’ve never lived at and were told I wasn’t a resident. The sheriff then signs the resident’s name and writes ‘wife’ in the line corresponding to who he served. The resident was NOT my wife. Judge Snoddy flat out lied , on the record, to my face saying ,as he held up a piece of paper, “it says here that the sheriff handed this to you personally,”contradicting what another magistrate said weeks prior who oversaw the case and decided to bang the gavel for a continuance after I mention the discrepancies. Magistrate Snoddy also came up with an amount not based on any formula or pay stubbs because I hadn’t brought any to court. He asked me what I did for a living. I told him I was a bartender and his only response was “oh they make good money” and came up with an amount of $850/ month plus arrears . Arrears dating from a time where my daughter was living with me and my new girlfriend because she has been abandoned by her mother with us for 6 months. He also proceeded without proper paternity having been established.Moreover, I have 50/50 Custody and myself and mother of my children are Virginia residents. I brought ALL of these things to his attention to no avail. My case was a complete sham and based in Fraud. PG Family Court is rogue. I’m poised to sue. A real jerk. Makes crazy statements from the bench. This guy should get off the bench.

Bad judge. Not very nice. Arrogant and brusque. Not as smart as he thinks he is. Needs to retire or find another line of work.
