William C. Mulford

This judge is a disgrace to Anne Arundel County Circuit courts. My ex went and filed a protective order against myself and my children claiming abuse. CPS said their finding was that there was NO evidence and/or no CREDIBLE evidence of any child abused after they interviewed my children. CPS worker testified that there was no findings of abuse and old geriatric Mulford said “without a shadow of a doubt the CPS worker said you struck your child”. I was and I still am in complete disbelief how he twisted what the CPS worker testified to make it into what he wanted to hear. No history of child abuse, no CPS complaints filed against me for abusing my son, no pictures of any abuse, NOTHING!!! Protective orders are for put in place when there is actual proof of abuse. In thus case, there was NONE! He believed what my ex told him and mind you, I left him 12 years ago and he has NEVER gotten over it. He disparages me to my children CONSTANTLY, makes them pick and choose a side, etc. He is typical jealous “use children as a weapon” and Mulford wouldn’t let me explain anything. Thank GOD he retired but he should NOT come back to the bench ever, even as a visiting judge. He has NO idea what damaged he caused with making his own decision and not making a decision based on the evidence from CPS and the lack of evidence as far as any pictures of abuse, etc. I have a motion to modify/recind coming up in October and this time I will be more prepared. I am also filing a complaint on Mulford for being biast and for his judicial ethics being straight trash.

He compared his salary to mine and said "I should be so Lucky" 3 times as if I had no right to earn my salary, which he knowingly calculated incorrectly to award my ex 40% of my pay in monthly alimony Indefinitely, the man who broke my nose, broke my leg and stabbed my hand as I covered my heart. 9 Stitches and permanent nerve damage in my writing hand. He also gave me 90 days to come up with a ridiculous amount of money. I had mounting evidence. So much so that he told me on a Friday to NOT go home and dig up anymore. I did. Nonetheless, he boldly proclaimed my Ex the "Winner." He was disgusting, pompous, sexist and so much more. He didn't care about any of the shenanigans and illegal activity my ex was engaging in. He just took me down. I spent over 2 years in complete fear and fighting the urge to Jump off the Bridge. This Judge single-handedly destroyed my sons and my life. He heard testimony for 5 days and made his ruling in 1 minute on the last day.

Very highly regarded by members of the bar and of the bench. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, prepared, and efficient. Decisions are made correctly and timely. Well-liked by fellow judges and court personnel. Empathetic, which comes from having hung tobacco as a young man.

Mulford is an arrogant, egotistical bully. If he doesn't like you or your side as a witness he will bully you and go after you from the bench. Despite hard facts and evidence if he will make up his own theory. Very preferential towards women and older women.You won't find a more egotisticsal judge in any court. He is a disgrace to the bench and the justice system. Will sit on the bench and lecture how smart and intellectual he is to the courtroom, and the attorneys all will smile and nod. Knowing to not get on his bad side and suffer his wrath and Godlike thinking of himself. Hogan needs to remove him. Seriously has this man ever done anything besides bully people and companies in a courtroom because he feels he is all powerful.

Always has been extremely arrogant and rude. Gets worse every year. Absolute disgrace to the bench.
