He doesn’t read the pleadings. Very lazy

I have experienced incompetence and corruption from the Los Angeles County Kangaroo Courts over and over again. Here is the latest example. This judge just took over Dept. 37 from Judge KillMyCase, who retired (praise the deities!). On 1/16/26, the Court issued the order transferring my case with an order for ME (the plaintiff) to give notice. Four days later, the clerk e-served that order TO EVERYONE ELSE BUT ME, including multiple parties no longer involved. If I hadn't happened to look on the court website, I would not have known of the transfer. The transfer gives me a brief window to replace the new judge via 170.6, which of course I want to do since this judge's reputation is exactly what I suffered from KillMyCase - gullible and lazy. So did they fail to give me notice to prevent me from doing a 170.6, or is the clerk just another incompetent LASC moron? It is one or the other.

My experience in Judge Weinberger’s courtroom raised serious due-process concerns. The court appeared to decide critical child-custody issues without fully addressing the record, including official third-party documentation related to safety. I also observed a pattern of impatience toward self-represented parties and a willingness to accept counsel’s framing without the rigorous scrutiny required in matters affecting a child’s health and welfare.

Judge William Weinberger seems to be easily influenced by false and or misleading arguments made by unethical counsel, rather than using the law and sound and substantial evidence to make his rulings, which is of great concern since such actions denigrate the integrity of the judiciary. I will refrain from rating Judge Weinberger at this time in hope that he starts to listen more to all litigants, including self represented litigants that generally have honest and sound arguments/evidence dismissed, if Judge Weinberger finds himself unsure of the law and matters being argued, I believe he should strongly consider taking matters under submission so he can do his due diligence and uphold the integrity of the judiciary.
