My only real gripe with Justice Perry is the unreasonable delay in deciding motions. I noticed another posting here and agree with that sentiment. Cases come to a halt once they are submitted.

We have had several motions before this judge. The average decision time for a motion to be decided is 8-9 months. This extreme delay stops a case in its tracks. It is justice delayed. I do not understand how this is tolerated by OCA.
