He seems to think trial is required for every case that lands on his desk.

He seems to think trial is required for every case that lands on his desk. No nonsense when it comes to everyone else but likes to ramble himself. Interrupts people constantly & will yell at people.

It is impossible to describe all the subtleties and details here, but I will briefly describe my experience with this judge and his judging. I represented myself in court for almost a year and hoped for his justice, but over time it began to seem to me that I was not in court, but on the field with an executioner and, possibly, an anti-Semite, as well as a violator of my constitutional civil rights as a citizen of the United States. And I intend to file a lawsuit in the Supreme Court for failure to respect my civil rights.

Definite bias toward corporate interests.

Definite bias toward corporate interests. Does not closely read papers and when he does he has an outcome-determinative mindset, meaning he reads everything with a particular outcome in mind. He ignores any facts that don't comport with the outcome he has in mind. Recommend non-corporations litigate in front of this judge with a plan to appeal.
