Genuinely surprised there are positive comments about this judge. Very, very slow. Multiple unkind and unnecessary comments to all counsel. Maybe we've just caught him on dozens of bad days, but seems pretty terrible.

This judge works hard to do what justice requires in a particular case. Can't ask more of a jurist than that. He takes the time to decide motions or cases on their merits, and not base those decision on matters of procedure or form. Respectful, smart, even-handed and full of integrity. Hope he remains on the bench for many more years.
