Seen this judge make some of the most terrible decisions on people cases! Temperament of a woman for sure! Don’t see how he’s even qualified to be in anybody courtroom

This man was the absolute worst judge that I’ve ever encountered.

This man was the absolute worst judge that I’ve ever encountered. Went off of his emotions and ordered me to pay for things I had no business paying for! It changed my life for the worst for almost 2 yrs until I was able to get back in front of another judge. She seen all of his mistakes and she quickly changed this to what it should’ve been the whole time! Don’t see how he was able to even become a judge that makes irrational decisions just like the women that play victim in his courtroom

Still one of the worst Baltimore judge's to be sitting on the bench. A little too prissy and doesn't handle his courtroom well. He's always looking to clear up his docket and make life easier for himself, to the detriment of litigants and their rights. Poor temperament for the judiciary. District court should be his ceiling, considering his limited capabilities.
