One of the top three judges, among hundreds, before whom I have had the honor to practice. Smart as can be, and does not appear to be corrupt in the slightest. Deserves to wear the robe!

TODAY IS SUPER BOWL SUNDAY! Your ruling to remove distant networks from AMERICANS has damaged me as a business owner and left countless numbers of us unable to watch the Super Bowl. We live in upstate New York and have never gotten network tv, in fact until Dish came to our area Candian Stations were all we could recieve..attention to licencing would tell you we're not even in a area covered by any network. It time the gouvernment got out of our homes and business..daily I find myself quoting "Big Brother is Watching" as Veterans we often wonder what we sacraficed for....certainly not the right to choose and be free that in our youth we stupidly believed. Hope you got to enjoy the super bowl and that the businesses your ruling for get everything they deserve.

I know nothing about you, but you have disenfranchised me and my family by your injunction against Echo Star. I live in a rural county and the only way that I can get the ABC and FOX networks is through the Dish Network. The local affiliates are NBC and CBS and are really lousy when it comes to news and local programing. I am used to getting the distant Dallas and Fort Worth channels for news and information. Also Football games and network TV shows. You have in effect punished me for not living in an area that can readily access these stations. I can not even get cable TV here. It is not cost effective for the cable providers to run their lines down my road. Thanks to you, I won't be watching the Cowboys today, or Grey's Anatomy on Thursdays. If you want to punnish Echo Star, please fine them or mete out some other punishment. Don't punish me and the other people who have no other options. Please reconsider your ruling.

I am appalled at the lack of insight and forethought in his recent decision regarding Dish Network and the over 1 million subscribers who will now be deprived of distant network programming, despite Dish Network’s settlements and the fact that these subscribers are not able to access the network channels locally. In my opinion, it would seem to be a conspiracy to drive customers away from Dish Network and to other providers, like Direct TV or local cable (robberies) er…I mean companies.
