Not qualified to be a judge in any courtroom, worse judge ever in the history of San Bernardino!!!

being a black man Winston made my case harder to defend myself so I reported him, he then was removed and placed on traffic court, very bad judge if you get him, transfer out of his court room!!!!!

Had to report him to the Judical Performance Commission for being bias against African americans

Heartless judge!

Unjustly biased against historically minoritized groups (African American self-represented litigants) who cannot afford legal representation. From experiencing this judge's precedence over a frivolous lawsuit which should not have landed in trial court to begin with, it became evident Keh did not have the skill-set and knowledge as a "superior" judge to recognize the lawsuit lacked foundation, evidence to support claims, and immediately dismiss the case. Sadly enough, he does not care whether he is wasting taxpayers money. Hopefully, he is not reappointed to serve as a superior judge (anywhere in the state of CA) by Governor Newsom after his term ends on January 6, 2025.

Really unusual rulings and unusually harsh criticism from this judge over simple discovery matters. Plus he made us listen to him complain about his workload and the workload of the court, which also inconveniences the attorneys and the litigants (which I guess he never thought about). I usually like the judges I run into in SBSC so really somewhat disappointed.

On multiple occasions I have Sat in courtrooms listen to hearings presided over by Keh. He is not an independent arbiter. He is very bias against non-represented and minority litigants. He is intellectually dishonest. Among many others, he causes the judicial assistant and court reporter to alter hearing proceedings to favor corporate litigants and parties represented by counsels, after hearings. He is unfit to sit on the judicial bench.
