This is the worst judge I have ever dealt with.

This is the worst judge I have ever dealt with. He is the laziest judge. He will state something during trial and then take so long to finish orders that he will forget and do the complete opposite in the order. The orders will be extremely vague and cause additional litigations costing you so much money. He also has no clue how to a calculate child support. He will rule on things he should dismiss bc they don’t follow the law.

This judge is a total clown.

This judge is a total clown. Is not up to speed of laws, many interviews with attorneys and appeal attorneys refer to him in a certain respect that he is not intelligent and thinks he holds jurisdiction on many issues he does not have it on. When calculating income, he is completely incompetent. He is a judge who should be voted off the bench in this coming election. He is definitly not competent. Certain attorneys refer to him as a hillbilly with a law degree, but not a smart one. Also, he is very delusional about applying to have an appointment to the AZ Supreme Court, when he is already a joke on the superior court.

This guy has serious delusions of grandeur, having applied for an appointment to the supreme court after less than one year on the bench. That's not surprising, given who appointed him in the first place.
