This person has no business making major decisions that affect the lives of children.

I have appeared in front of this judge several times on both criminal and family court matters. She runs a tight ship but is very fair. I would say she is tougher than average on sentencing in criminal matters, however, she will usually go along with a plea recommendation that is reasonable. Moreover, she is sensitive that defense attorneys may need extra time to counsel Defendants at pre-trial conferences and sentencing hearings. In family court, she is very thorough. She is also patient for the most part. She is more empathetic than most people would assume based on her no-nonsense personality.

Well her promotion only proves the system promotes incompetence. I simply cannot believe she got her current appointment. She is one of if not the worst judges in Harford County. She was appointed by Malley I believe. Her spot should be put up for a vote by the Citizens of Harford County because she needs to go.
