She is to lenient especially on a person that killed a puppy the suffering this dog endured. This individual should of done jail time not be let out if he killed an innocent dog he can kill another animal or even a human being this judge needs to have more compassion for animals and the innocent
Frankly, do not care about her history on the bench, what schools she attended, or any awards presented to her. She let an animal abuser walk free, and that is ALL that needs to be said. In what head space was she in when she made this decision. Does anyone else see anything wrong with this?!?!
she let a young man who killed a beagle pup walk free without anything..now that man will probably get another dog and do the same. His name is Matthew Milewski!! Track him down!!! Matthew Milewski should have faced a prison sentence!!!!!!!!!!!!
Judge Colodny is just downright terrible and unprofessional. I was sickened to learn of her unjust ruling of allowing a beagle puppy killer to walk free with no jail. The case was horrible and For Colodny to not even give this man even six months of jail is beyond me.
