This judge is very unfair. When told my Sons adoptive father showed him satanic ritual books and watched my son get in trouble for what I thought was lying (I believed my husband at the time), she paid no mind to his actions and just wrote it as religious beliefs. My ex crouched down and looked me in the eye and said my son was lying. Instead of seeing the real issue, she labeled it as religious beliefs. Not seeing or caring he was such a vile human being, he watched a child get in trouble knowing my son was telling the truth (he later wrote it in his journal and I found out that way) my relationship with my child suffered because I believed my husband. There was a vehicle in question, deadlines had been set for it to be transferred out of my name and the ex missed those dates & refused to pay our agreed support so I filed for enforcement and to keep the vehicle since he blocked me and missed the deadline out of negligence. she said in her findings that he broke no breech in the situation (deadline aren’t a breech?) She actually got mad at me because she didn’t know what was going on in her court room but refused to let me explain so she could understand. I later filed to end the spousal support that I receive (she didn’t award, the ex and I agreed outside of court) so I could fall in income guidelines for my kids health insurance and she denied that motion as well. My ex has just filed to lower the payment claiming his income changed and it’s actually about the same (200 a day).. she has yet to make a ruling on it. But I think at th
