Judge Schopler is young and learning. I've had him on a couple civil cases, and he has not been much help at settlement conferences. He's got a great attitude and likely will grow to be an excellent judge. At times I feel as though he can be easily misguided at times in his rulings. Hopefully, he grows as a jurist. But, again, as far as his attitude and availability goes, he's fabulous. When I've had him a few more times, then I'll submit another review.
