One of the worst judges for employees or consumers in the District. Most decisions are pro corporation. Shameful jurist. Very disappointing to many of those who were happy to see her appointed.

Pleasant but a near total disaster. Plays favorites with supposed luminaries of the local Bar - - let one of them completely slide on conduct that would have gotten anyone else sanctioned. You can forget about a level playing field. Ignores urgent applications and then flagrantly disregards solid precedent (in the most transparently intellectually dishonest fashion) in an effort to do what she thinks will force a settlement and make everyone go away. Arrogant, know-it-all law clerk. Very, very disappointing experience.

Good, fair and pleasant judge. Somewhat conservative but open minded and tries to follow the applicable precedent.

This judge is absolutely awful for plaintiffs in civil rights cases. She has a high rate of ordering summary judgment in favor of defendants. Stay away from this judge if you represent an individual- seriously.

Conservative. Very strict about laying foundation and following all rules at trial, but fair at trial (if you make it to trial).
