Judge Axon seems to suffer from a terrible case of imposter syndrome. She demonstrates a lack of understanding of basic civil procedure and yet belittles much more experienced attorneys even when they are politely trying to assist her. She can be very rude and lacks the decorum and patience necessary to be an effective jurist. She overcomplicates simple issues and injects discord into proceedings even where the opposing counsel are getting along well and even where they are in accord on issues. She also will sue sponte create unnecessary procedural issues which increases the cost and complexity of civil litigation for both parties.

Judicial Bias in at least two cases which was very appaant. She literally called the opposing counsel by first name. And tossed two different cases which a team of lawyers reviewed the Complaint prior to filing. She uses unconstitutional "tools" or "rules" as a pretext to screen cases she does not agree with politically or otherwise has a bias against the class of people involved. The cases filed involved the civil rights of the poor and oppressed. Neither was even allowed to proceed to dispositive motions, but rather she dismissed the cases Sue Sponte. She is not fit to oversee or hear real world civil rights cases, life experience wise and is akin more to an aristocratic entitled closed minded Karen. Very disappointing. But not shocking given much oppression has been sustained and caused by "rich white women". Perhaps she is fair in other cases. But civil rights involving overcrowded detention center per se, underfeeding per se and the rights of minors in parental alienation - no judicial concern for the Constitution. Rather a fairy tale of non-sense and intentional closing of her eyes to Constitutional claims. Quite disappointing and a concerning indication of her own Judicial Consciousness to see such blatant disregard for her judicial duties. Shameful actually. But the Lord Jesus will render true Judgment and all "salary" paid while she denied justice will be reckoned.
