Had him for an early neutral evaluation conference. Was a complete jerk to my clients. While in conference, he said that my clients case wasn't worth crap, while my clients were in the room. Utterly unprofessional.

The one thing that stood out about Judge Battaglia was the time I was in an early neutral evaluation conference with him. He did not think much of my clients' case. Right in front of my client's, he candidly said, "I think your case is horse sh*t." I was totally shocked. I have had several cases with him over the years and he was usually fair. However, the above comment is what stuck out.
