Fabulous Judge!! I love Babs! Great judicial temperament! She is cerebral, has heart and soul and is Fair, good listener and passive Judge ! Thoroughly reads all papers! She is a real nosey Yenta but it’s beneficial and works in your favor because she really digs deep and gets to the heart of the matter and isn’t easily bamboozled by satellite issues that defense counsel manufactures as a deflection. This is our Ginsberg! I see her as liberal , open minded , and she will spend all the time in the world on your issues! You are a plaintiff with a meritorious case and evidence to prove your case , you are blessed if she is your judge because you will have a fair chance to receive justice, and as we know - this isn’t how it is with all judges! I had her when she was a new judge - let’s hope she never changes! She’s everything you want in a judge! Some days she can be a little spicy and tangy but just “pay it” and stay silent! If every judge in USA was like her, we’d live in a better country! She believes in fairness and justice !

The person who suggested Judge Moses is a left-wing Obama appointee does not realize that Magistrates are not appointed by the President. They are vetted by a bunch of Big Lawyers and then chosen by the Judges of the Court Judge Moses has excellent temperament, is not overly formal (at least at my settlement conference), and resolved a difficult case with bruises on both sides. My client was very happy with the outcome and I sensed that the other side was as well.

This is a left wing radical brought in at the end of Obama's term. she is biased and has an agenda. She has zero objectivity and fits the facts to fit her political narrative.
