Nothing more than a bully. Does not understand the issues and bullies litigants to settle so she can say she settled another one. Will not admit when wrong and was rude when it is pointed out.

This judge may be pleasant in person but absolutely lacks a basic level of competence and common sense, as well as the typical stubborness of judges to correct the most glaring of their mistakes.

Judge Gessner is an absolute pleasure to be before wheter it is trial, motions or settlement conferences. She treats every attorney and party with complete respect. She is wonderful at getting cases settled
