Byron G. Cudmore

I have only practiced before Judge Cudmore a couple of times, but every time has been fantastic. He is a bit strict on discovery, but that is hardly a bad thing. We are very lucky to have both Cudmore and Gorman in the Central District.

Judge Cudmore is a major proponent of alternative dispute resolution and will work tirelessly to help parties successfully mediate a case. He is a major asset to the downstate federal bench.
