Hardest working judge in show business. Manages her docket well, particularly MDL cases. Sometimes gets angry with lawyers, but sometimes they deserve it. Sometimes denies well-founded motions.
Very rude and abrasive, she had obviously relied upon her clerk for preparation, as the judge mischaracterized the content of pre-trial motion after pre-trial motion while the clerk rolled her eyes and sighed during arguments. To her "credit", she was even-handed in her errors.
A smart judge. Sometimes gives the impression of not liking lawyers very much. If you do your homework and do your job right, she'll come around and become more friendly. Not afraid to make tough decisions.
This judge is excellent. She does her homework and knows the case when she walks in the room.
