Clay H. Kaminsky

I appeared before him in a civil matter (and posted here) some time ago and recently in a criminal case. He's gotten better, but not by much. He lacks the understanding that he's no longer advocating as a lawyer anymore. He needs to do his homework, make a decision, and stick to it. Unfortunately., he seems to forget what he said just minutes earlier. He should be better at this stage in his career.

He's a rookie in civil litigation and it shows, nice personality, but who cares at this point, I ain't marrying him. Hope to see him grow a pair and actually be prepared and make rulings when you appear before him. I hope he speeds up his learning pace, and of course wish him well.
