Judge Silva granted defendant's motion to dismiss based upon Rooker-Feldman. While I was disappointed as I was the plaintiff, she had oral argument where she asked insightful questions, was very well prepared and come up with points not in the pleadings, and gave a thorough analysis of the basis for her decision. She is very pleasant and attentive on the bench. I truly feel bad for her when the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals reversed her in a published opinion. I look forward to the next time that I appear in front of her as I believe that I will get her best efforts to do what is right.
