A unbelievable experience in front of this judge. Dismissed a valid lawsuit he should have recued himself on as required by law and my experience with this court they all stand behind him.. I reported him for impeachment and to the ninth circuit. The he assigned himself to the Trump migrant case. He assigns himself to case to get positive publicity . He then removed himself as presiding judge when the Trump administration came back office rigth away.

what was by Judge sabraw to benefit the district attorney office was such an abuse of power. Its a shame that judge in Wisconsin gets charged with felonies for helping a plaintiff and he does not for helping the District attorney office. It was obstruction of justice. Just his being in his position and the district attorney in her positon is too much power just waiting to be abused/

Trump is looking for reductions to the Federal Bench as he know this is a good place to start.very shady dismissal of a lawsuit that involved the district Attorney office. Does not know what sua spone recusal is . wanted to see it gone. Hopefully Trump will want to see him removed as well

I contacted Presdent Trump about what happened to me becauase of Judge Sabraw [Redacted by Ed.]. sent documents that prove what was done to me and he feels my pain having dealt with the fraud himself. I requested help with the impeachment process for Judge Sabraw. Lets pass the gavel.

Obstruction of JUstice, deny Due Process of Law, fail to conduct a fair and just hearing, Dictator with known blinders. Rule in favor of obvious corruption. actions are that of an invincible complex. self-serving. Fail to correct known wrongful decisions, leaving SDSU dtudents dismayed with disgust with his conduct.

Judge Sabraw is short cited, fail his Hypocratic Oath to Uphold Justice. Does not know a broad spectrum of Civil issues. Makes decisions based on his personal involments and personal biases. His wife is the DA, they uphold each others wrong doings.

team player with district attorney office, he broke all rules for the team. no way was he going to see his buddies the defendant even have to answer this complaint. knowledge of federal code ,poor or maybe mistates it. he will dish out deep seated gop justice. does not know he had a conflict in the case or did and he wanted to do one for the team and would not recuse. he should be demoted to juvenile court.

Absolutely, by far one of the best judges in the District. He's highly intelligent, extremely even-handed, respectful to all parties, runs his trials smoothly, and has an amazing judicial temperment. He is an absolute gentleman, and we are lucky to have him in our District. That being said, though it would be our loss, Judge Sabraw truly should be on the Ninth Circuit, which desperately needs judges like him. And to be clear, though I am former court staff, I did not work for him directly. He is a judge that every judge should strive to emulate.

After attending a motion hearing 04/02/10: the courtroom was very orderly and the Honorable Judge Sabraw's demeanor was one of calm; it seemed comfortable to address the court at his presence... This isn't to say I'm happy (not at all so far) with his decisions. I'm objecting/complying to a court order for producing a summons to CA (did it sort of) yet still pursuing justice.

Perhaps the smartest judge in the district. At motion hearings, he is as informed as the parties regarding the facts and applicable law. He is calm, evenhanded, prepared, and understanding.
