Judge Norton is just going to follow what the prosecutor wants. He ruled contrary to law and my lawyer said that his clerk wrote the order. I don't think he is doing his job to see justice is done. He is just pushing people through the system and doing the work of the prosecutor.
Mr. Norton moved my words around to falsely create a claim. He created his own evidence and did not allow proper time to respond. He also made defendants expert witnesses. The police in this case acted outside the law and were recorded. Norton attempted to cover up the truth and was caught. Sad and disgusting Sir
Judge Norton is a fantastic judge and a true gentleman. South Carolina is lucky to have him.
Judge Norton carries no apparent bias and is very evenhanded in court. He is pleasant to attorneys and staff. An excellent judge.
