David G. Bernthal

This judge has zero sense of justice. He is a perfect example of failure in terms of character and discernment. Judge Bernthal's acceptance into law practice, in any capacity, is a testament to what's wrong with the judicial system.

He refused a request for fees in toto finding the claim excessive and granted our motion to remand to state court. Was incisive and informed.

He's nothing more than a factotum to that blowhard Michael McCuskey. An idiot, but a fairly harmless idiot.
