Litigant: Judge Dolly M. Gee Allowed State-Sponsored Obstruction of a Federal…

Judge Dolly M. Gee Allowed State-Sponsored Obstruction of a Federal Civil Rights Claim. As a pro se litigant and criminal defendant in Los Angeles County actively asserting my constitutional rights under 42 U.S.C. §1983, I submitted a civil complaint in federal court outlining material violations of due process, equal protection, and fraudulent state court proceedings that weaponized mental health statutes to obstruct my defense. That complaint was filed just days before the Los Angeles Superior Court issued an illegal bench warrant—a retaliatory act that functionally cut off my access to the federal judiciary. While I was being subjected to involuntary psychiatric detainment, forced medication, and complete communication blackout, Judge Dolly M. Gee’s courtroom failed to intervene, investigate, or even safeguard the jurisdictional integrity of the federal case. Whether by passive dismissal or active deference to state “ongoing proceedings,” Judge Gee allowed California’s unlawful interference to sabotage my access to federal redress. There was no sua sponte inquiry into the legitimacy of the warrant. No stay of dismissal while I was incapacitated. No protection of my First Amendment right to petition, nor of my rights under the Guarantee Clause, which ensures a republican form of government—not coerced silence through psychiatric manipulation. Instead of honoring her Article III oath to uphold the Constitution against precisely this kind of retaliatory suppression, Judge Gee’s court became complicit. The appearance is that she permitted the State of California to shield itself from federal scrutiny by incapacitating the plaintiff. The judiciary’s failure to guard access to civil rights enforcement—especially when state actors deploy medicalized legal fraud to derail complaints—is not only unconstitutional, it is inhumane. I expected a federal judge to at least protect the sanctity of her court. What I got was bureaucratic indifference while my life, liberty, and voting rights were being destroyed in real time. Robes mean nothing if the Constitution means nothing.

[Redacted by Ed.] I’ve never seen such high reviews of any judge on this site. In any event, if you do your due diligence and research [redacted] In my opinion, Dolly is one of the [redacted] judges in America, she’s very political and her rulings are based on money and politics . Basically She is the DNC’s and PRC’s puppet, shill, spy , etc. The DNC had trying to put her on the bench for over 10 years , look that up, [redacted] Having said that , that alone wouldn’t necessarily make her a bad judge, however knowing her background will supply you with context and accurate information to understand her rulings and Judicial predispositions. I’ve had a few civil cases with her. She is a [redacted] an elitist, extremely biased and will never pretend to be fair or to ever give due process to civil rights /employment discrimination Plaintiff. Remember, she was defense counsel for all the big defense firms, so if your client is David suing Goliath , a major corporation, Her mind was made up before your client even filed the original complaint. civil rights /employment discrimination do yourselves a favor, and do a motion to Dismiss and file elsewhere. Let me give you 100% accurate story, I can cite 4 cases she dismissed, which were then later refiled in other Federal Courts and the 4 cases were always successful for the Plaintiffs. If you are black, Hispanic , LGBT, or a male , she is not your judge, do not waste your time. Another thing, she is notorious for sua sponte Dismissals of pro se cases. This woman, [redacted] has no moral compass or innate sense of fairness. She is the absolute worst our society has to offer, but she serves her evil and unfairness and [redacted] with a smile, so her judicial temperament is of no consequence. Don’t say you weren’t warned. She is the Kamala Harris of the judicial branch.

Let’s begin with the well established notion that Central District of California is judicial hellhole known to have the worst judges but the best juries. The Trade off isn’t worth it since civil cases rarely go to trial. Having said that, while Judge Gee isn’t the worst of the worst at CACD and she appears a tad bit more competent than her octogenarian colleagues at CACD, this doesn’t make up for her biases and other judicial flaws. To be fair, she is quite organized because she has no patience and is ready to dismiss civil cases quickly and clear her docket, she’s a known racist , has a lot of biases, and she is hardly a Rhodes scholar. While most judges at CACD take forever to decide motions, her overly quick decisions are vapid, vacuous, done in haste, and are unsupported by black letter law. While she doesn’t yell , She has an ice cold temperament and Denies due process by deciding motions before a reply brief is even filed. I’ve had several cases with her and She seems to have always made up her mind from day 1 and every decision of hers is never based on the arguments and facts of the motion presented. She routinely raises arguments the parties never raised and never argued in the motions to make her decision, and provides no law to support her rulings. She creates a lot of unnecessary work for the 9th circuit. It is true that She’s extremely hostile to Pro Se litigants, civil rights cases, and employment discrimination cases as she was a former defense lawyer for big corporations. If your a plaintiff and she is assigned to your case, always prepare the record for appeal, it’s known that she’s on the take. I’d prefer Judge Manny Real or Percy Anderson (known as worst judges at CACD) that Judge Gee, because at least they actually read the briefs and don’t make frivolous rulings which have no basis in law or fact. Judge Gee is a dishonest political corporate neo- liberal Democrat shill , who does not care about justice , fairness and civil rig

What do you want to bet the previous review was written by Donald Trump? Judge Gee has issued orders blocking the US government from detaining migrant children in hotels, and described the government's defense of its policy as “Kafkaesque”.

First the facts 1) she wasn’t a judge before Obama nominated her 2) she’s an “Obama Judge” 3) she was nominated to be first Asian woman Article III Judge 4) when Clinton attempted to nominate her in 2000 she was never approved. 5) use to work in employment law for all the big defense firms I know everyone wants to like her because people like her identity and her story but in civil matters and emolument law, she favors all the big defense firms, as she was one of them, if you represent the Plaintiff on a contigency fee, you are likely to lose and your client will never be given a fair chance, [Redacted by Editor] - she doesn’t follow black letter law, I have her up on appeal right now. She’s so weak on the law that she overruled herself 2 times in one ruling and didn’t realize that case she used to justify the Dismissal was actually the case that actually doesn’t allow the exact dismissal she invented. She failed to even read the case she cited and it didn’t support the dismissal she made but supported my appeal and when bringing to her attention, she didn’t care that she made serious legal errors. She forced unnecessary appeals and creates so much work 9th Circuit. She’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing , she’s extremely combative and agressive for such a tiny lady. Make your objections and prepare to appeal because she refuses to follow law, you are at th Mercy of her inexperienced law clerks and she gives deference to their rulings. She’s extremely hostile to victims of sex and racial discrimination in the workplace, she’s every employers advocate. Most important thing : She is extremely superficial , she makes biased credibility determinations based on her “feel” of your client and the case, everything is arbitrary and if your client isn’t Mother Teresa but has a meritorious case, Your client is in trouble.

Judge Gee is fair and thoughtful. She is kind and considerate both of her staff and the bar. I had the privilege of assisting her for many years, and would consider it an honor to work directly for her. I think any attorney assigned to a case in front of her would be lucky to have her.
