E. Richard Webber

Hardest working judge on the court. I have had three lengthy civil trials with Judge Webber. I lost all three, but my admiration for him as a judge and as a person increased with each trial. I cannot say enough good things about him and praise him anytime we lawyers are talking about the judges.

if every judge was like this one, the world and this profession would be a much better place. very even-handed, fair, impartial and a very descent, good person. His secretary is ok too.

Very polite and respectful of the parties and their attorneys. Acts promptly. Sometimes accepts legal or factual arguments advanced by a party that independent research would reveal to lack merit.

In my limited experience in front of him, I've observed Judge Webber to be uniquely respectful to counsel before him. He is also conscientious, thorough, prepared and even-handed. He appears to me to be a superb jurist.

A gentleman who is smart, fair and straightforward.

Good, solid judge. Still holds motion hearings (even in the days of ECF)and gives all attorneys a fair chance to make their point.
