Bad-tempered, who demands compliance with her arbitrary deadlines based upon frivolous show-cause orders. Not dilligent, who sits on cases and motions for months. Not thoughtful, who cites her same incorrect cherry-picked standard in ruling on motions to dismiss. An example of political bias in appointing an unqualified judge.
Judge Ross is a Bias and prejudice judge, supports 100% the Defendant Wal-Mart and its attorneys and deny all 100% Plaintiff's Pro-Se Motions, requests for Emergency Hearings and subpoenas and requests for Open Public Records. I would not have a fair Trial with Judge Ross. I want her out of my case. I want a fair Trial.
A former State Court of DeKalb County Judge. She is probably still on a learning curve. She possesses the most important quality in a judge -- judicial temperament.
This judge clearly has no idea what she is doing on the bench, refuses to follow the standard of review, refuses to read motions, and find supreme court cases that disagrees with her personal beliefs to be incoherent to her. In another words, the law of the land means nothing to her. If you have this incompetent swine as a judge, please submit your motion(s) to recuse as early as possible. If you have been adversely affected by her, send in a formal complaint against her to the 11th circuit court of appeals.
