I agree wholeheartedly with Comment 11773. She is abusive, a yeller, extremely anti-plaintiff and pro-government. She even ordered my client to pay for a hard copy printout of his opposition to the government's motion for summary judgment, saying that she didn't want "the taxpayers" to have to pay for it. She adopted every word that the government said as golden and ignored all of our evidence to the contrary in our opposition.

Takes sides early and never admits she's wrong. Abusive, petty, and tyrannical. If she decides your client is going to lose, she will go to incredible lengths to steer the case against him or her. A true discredit to the judiciary.
