If I could give zeroes, I would. His lack of timeliness has derailed multiple cases I've litigated before him. He holds the parties to stringent and unattainable deadlines, yet takes months to rule on procedural and discovery motions that affect the remainder of the litigation strategy. When he finally issues a ruling, the rulings are often devoid of any reference to the evidence or the law.

I am tired of seeing only oral reports and recommendations even in complex issues and cases. This judge lacks a sense of when he ought to write something thoughtful. This judge always rules from the bench and we are left with incomprehensible rambling gibberish to appeal. Unfortunately, he does not take the time to do any real work. Does he even have a law clerk?
