Refuses to acknowledge Suprme Crt precedent cases rulings, constitution US and AZ, same for codes and laws. Bias benefitting "government" actor-agencies, Makes up law, bases rulings on fraudulent representations of defendants( gov) Rule 60 violations rule his court. Refuses equal treatment to pro-se plaintiffs, Ignores 14th amendment-due process procedures. ..and, he is a liar. i.e., he fabricates non existent events and non existent motion issues on which to base his rulings

I won't even respect this man by putting the word "Honorable" or "Judge" in front of his name. Mr. Snow is an unfair, bias, defense oriented judge. [Redacted by Ed.]

II was a paralegal for 30 years. I worked for a lot of major law firms. I brought a lawsuit pro se against someone pretty controversial in the AZ District. Not only did they refuse to even hear my case, they did not respect my pro se filing, they butchered my case and removed it from the docket. When I tried to talk to the jusges clerk, they locked the doors and teo men in plain clothes, literally followed me around, until a security guard saw what was happening, and helped me thru an exit. When I confronted the clerks office about their behavior, they ran from the office saying "I dont want any part of this". This is a dirty court. You are wasting you money filing anything controversial in this court. So i am nit surprised that Jidge Snow upheld Duceys stay at home orders, when he knew they were unconstitutional. The Supreme Court has always upheld the Freedom to Assemble and to Associate, without restriction. Having worked in law woth the best law firms in America, I know the Federal Courts act as barriers to the Supreme Court. You will jever get fair treatment in the AZ district. Jidge Snow is just a guy who uses his law degree as a weapon against others. He doesnt care about your rights or the Constitution. Hes just a lackey for political agendas.

Great judge. Smart and fair. Treats litigants and counsel with respect. Clearly many of the comments here are motivated by politics re Sheriff Joe and not the law.

These recent 10 point rating reviews of Snow are highly dubious. When somebody comments "The negative comments here are mainly left by those who do not agree with his ruling in the Arpaio case" one must wonder what agenda the commentor has. Why is this person even talking about the years old Arpaio case and attempting to assume the other comments are related to it? How come the person isn't talking specifics about why Snow was so great for the case the commentor is representing? Snow is notorious for being one of the worst judges in Arizona. He does not follow the law and his distemper and utter incompetence has inflicted harm upon many innocent people. He is the product of a broken system and is not fair or just. Anyone who digs into the orders he issues (and the filings behind them) will quickly find he rarely justifies his actions and does whatever he wants (and interprets laws in a fashion that benefit whatever agenda he has and what sort of mood he is in). Arpaio is different. Snow had to make sure it was done "as proper as possible" because of the public spotlight. But with the smaller cases where average Americans are seeking justice or protection (that aren't in the spotlight) he completely fails. If you get Snow, be very wary. You're in big trouble.

Judge Snow is one of the wisest, most careful, and most cautious judges I have ever seen. The negative comments here are mainly left by those who do not agree with his ruling in the Arpaio case--a deftly-written, just-the-facts account of the evidence and the law. In day-to-day civil litigation, Judge Snow is cautious and fair, with a warm but firm attitude from the bench. A terrific judge.

Supremely impressed. Judge Snow is intelligent, fair, articulate, and approachable. Being present in his courtroom during a trial really changed my opinion of judges overall. They should all be as committed to justice and fairness as he is.

This man is taking matters into his own hands when he finds a sheriff who does what he was elected to do--protect this country his state, his community by stopping illegals from crossing and remaining in our country illegally. If anything, it is this judge who should be removed from the bench for bending to the pressures of the most corrupt attorney general in our history and the fraud who pretends to be president sitting on his throne in the White House. This judge is a mental idiot if he really believes that illegals belong in our country. We the People are sick and tired of legal mental minds such as this moron, who believe they know what is best for the People. Go to hell! This sheriff was elected by the people to do the job that these pansies who sit on their asses interpreting laws the way they see fit in black dresses.

This appointed judge refuses to recognize that a Sheriff elected 6 times by the people of Maricopa County AZ, must be doing what the people want him to do. Judge's political correctness borders on ridiculous.

It's easy to say Snow is incompetent; but the fact is he is biased, prejudicial, and often issues orders without any explanation or legal basis. He will also improperly sanction those who attempt to hold him accountable for his incompetence (and legally incorrect rulings). He is not just a bad judge, he is also dangerous - especially to pro se litigants (which he seems to despise). If you get Snow, make sure you're prepared for an Appeal. You won't find reasonable legal application or justice in his court room.

An embarrassment to the judiciary and a sad betrayal of the values that made this country great.

Like many judges, Judge Snow was appointed because of who he knew, not what he knows. He was a lousy lawyer, and is an even worse jurist. Judge Snow is an example of what is wrong with the system in America today.

Apparently this man is an idiot, and he should be removed from his high office. Where is the wisdom in this stupid ruling? "Said the fact that most illegal aliens arrested for identity theft and other crimes are 'Latino' proves racist intent." Even worse, these groups say the case against Sheriff Joe will be used as a precedent to bar enforcement against illegal aliens nationwide.

Awful judge. Intellectually dishonest and makes rulings based on personal bias, not law. Ignores the facts and applies double standards without explanation. This is the conduct of an advocate, not a judge. Judge Snow is a perfect example of why federal judges should not be appointed for life -- they can and should be subject to removal under appropriate circumstances.

This judge is either ignorant of the law or he knowingly disregards it. He seems to arbitrarily adhere to the rules and his housekeeping is sloppy. This guy is not an impartial judge! Beware!

Having spent a year and half litigating a case with Federal Judge G. Murray Snow, I can state from direct experience that he actively demonstrates bias, favoritism and prejudice. During my case he issued numerous unjust and unreasonable orders which were not based on applicable law or evidence, ignored proper, reasonable and just motions, and refused to explain his improper actions when challenged. He completely ignored proven intentional false pleadings by unethical counsel, set unreasonable and unattainable standards for injunctive relief, ignored applicable Supreme Court and prior circuit rulings, ignored the pleading standard requirements for Federal Court, and ignored (or did not care) how the internet affects business and our day to day lives. His actions and behavior directly ensured the enrichment of the defendants’ counsel (who pocketed an unbelievably excessive amount of money through their false pleadings). He also aided and enabled the Defendants to cause irreparable harm and financial devastation of such an extent my family had no choice but to go bankrupt. He truly represents the worst of what our judicial system has to offer.

Repeatedly fails to abide by the Rule of Law. Demonstrates excessive bias and is extremely prejudical. Demonstrates extreme favoritism. Beware of this judge, if he decides he does not like you he will constantly rule against you and show animosity towards you.
