As a civil defense litigator, Judge Fenner is one of my favorite judges. He is smart, even-handed, has a very good judicial temperament, generally does "the right thing", and is not afraid to grant summary judgment. As a civil defendant, if you are truly entitled to SJ, then you can generally count on getting it from this judge.

This judge has the authority to change the judgment of a case 15 months after the fact. Did you catch the "15 months" and "change judgment?" He did not change a technical error, but the judgment.

He ignored the law in favor of a tyrannical state court judge. Judges are to bring truth and justice to light, not support the attorneys' union. The court system has become a racket for profiteers, not a place for justice.

Excellent, even-handed, trial judge, who controls the courtroom as he should. Firm but fair on sentencing.

Judge Fenner is a real gentleman. He is very courteous and does not have "judgeitis" at all. In other words, he treats attorneys very professionally and it is a pleasure to appear in his courtroom.

(I already did the ratings) Judge Fenner is adamantly pro-prosecution. He punishes the defendant if sentencing issues are contested.
