George J. Hazel

Judge Hazel seems like he knows what he's doing. Hopefully, he does. Unlike another judge in the District, he is neither a bully nor a racist.

New to the bench, Judge Hazel works hard and clearly wants to do well. He has a great temperament and will allow lawyers to make their best arguments. Of course, I thought he went the wrong way on some of those, but he was fair and even-handed with all parties in understanding the issues and arguments.
