Smart judge who tries to do the right thing and has good street smarts. Not afraid to speak the truth to power. He does have a bit of a temper but it generally seems to be directed at the right targets (i.e., attorneys who are behaving badly).
This judge is bias for big business and incapable of a ruling for a pro se litigant. This judge probably did hang out with Ted Stevens and Bill Allen of VECO all cronies! The fabric of America is deteriorated by this type of judges! No wonder the economy is in the toilet and the slaves are wanting to get paid!
Judge Holland is a great example of what federal judges should be. He is very sharp on financial matters and was a law partner of Senator Ted Stevens in a past life.
