Judge Ingram needs to be a bit more approachable, a lot less formal and much more likeable. He seems very defense biased and doesn't take it well if you disagree with him and offer alternative solutions. He'll be a lot better one day after he matures and loses a bit of the "black robe" syndrome that seems to attach to young judges.
