Hernán D. Vera

I’ve appeared before many judges, and Judge Vera stands out as the worst. He has no discipline -- he lets his temper flare. I have never seen a judge so angry and biased. He pretends that he is liberal (to get his nomination?), but he is anything but liberal. He should be kicked off the bench.

I feel sorry for him. He must be extremely miserable to be so mean. He ignores facts and law, instead choosing to rely on egotistical intuition.
