Hilda G. Tagle

She has always been pleasant and accomodating. She has a down to earth background in the real world and brings this to the bench. She seems to have a sense of the unfairness of the Sentencing Guidelines and walks a balance between following the law and doing the right thing.

She's utterly incompetent!

Terrible judge. Completely lacks basic skills that even a justice of the peace should have.
