Disappointingly, one of the worst district judges we've ever encountered. Extremely rude, extremely disrespectful, in a way that suggests he just doesnt want any cases to bother him. Lawyers on both sides, defense and plaintiff, dread him. If youre a defendant, don't remove your case no matter what. And if you're a plaintiff's lawyer, find a state claim. We do all we can to avoid him. Horrible situation that has created a black hole of justice in MD GA/Valdosta.

I've tried two civil cases in front of him and he's wonderful. Knows the law and rules fairly and promptly. I very much enjoyed my experience and it si the kind of fairness we all look for as litigants.
