Irene M. Keeley

Have a civil case with Judge Keeley. My practice takes me to many jurisdictions around the U.S. and I have to say that she is one of the best judges I have encountered. She focuses very quickly on the real issues, is even-handed and respectful to counsel and parties and is very smart. I agree with the other comment that if you work your case and know what you are talking about, rather than winging it, you will be fine with this judge. You can't ask for much more than that.

Judge Keeley is a model of decorum and professionalism. If you work your case, you''ll be fine. If you''re lazy or (worse) try to lay any crap on her, she''ll cut your heart out. The kind of experience lawyers AND clients have in Judge Keeley''s courtroom is really up to them.
