This judge is the best mediation judge I have encountered anywhere. He will go the extra mile to find a middle ground. Carefully listens to both sides, then talks to the parties very fairly candidly about the weaknesses and strengths of the cases. I have seen his work in numerous cases and he has achieved settlements in many suits that appeared to be impossible to mediate.
