This judge displays racial bias as well as prejudice, and actually believes that PSI reports written by a probation officer are not at all slanted against the defendant. Unbelievable!

Of the hundreds of judges I have appeared before, he is absolutely the best. Brilliant, fair, incredible common sense and not afraid to knock local governments around (which he did for me twice). But you cannot get away with anything with him, because he knows the law; and if he doesn't, he will do the research.
